Thomas the Tank Engine Birthday Cake
The train saga ends....
Finally, my son's birthday was around the corner. I had baked the cakes and stashed them in the freezer a week prior to this birthday and all the fondant toppers were complete. All I had to was make the tiny little details that go around the cake.
So I woke up really early and began to make all the tiny little details: the trees, the grass, the clouds, the train tracks, the pebbles, the Thomas Engine Face, the tunnel etc. I would say it took me a good three hours to make all these details.
Finally the cake was complete. I must say when I unveiled the cake to my three year old he was pretty excited.
